TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 90 OF 2018 By (I) Morris Tuva Ngala and (2) Shadrack Ngala Mjimba, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Ngalla, who died on 3rd February, 2007. CAUSE No. 77 OF 2019 By Dama Tsuva Mashobo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Changawa Tuva Mashobo alias Changawa Mashobo, who died at Kiriba, on 10th April, 1985. CAUSE No. 15 OF 2020 By (1) Kafedha Kainbi Gamumu and (2) Sulubu Kaingu Charo, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaingu Charo Mangale alias Kaingu Charo, who died on 7th September, 2016. CAUSE No. 16 OF 2020 By (1) Kahindi Ngolo Baya and (2) Kazungu Ngolo Baya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngolo Baya Tika, who died on 5th April, 2000. CAUSE No. E001 OF 2020 By (1) Lenox Nzai Ruwa and (2) Katana Nzai Ruwa, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karisa Kombe Nzai, who died at Ngerenya, Kilifi North, on 10th February, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
