TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 362 OF 2020 By (1) Johnathan Kitonyi Musyoki and (2) Mawiyoo Musyoki, of P.O. Box 1-90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Musyoki Mua, who died at Kamunyolo. CAUSE No. E003 OF 2020 By (1) Anna Ndoti Nzomo and (2) Jonathan Wambua Nzomo, both of P.O. Box 55, Yoani in Kenya, the deceased's administrators, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Nzomo Muteti, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital, on 30th August, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
