TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 26 OF 2019 By (I) Ruth Chepkoech Bosuben and (2) Kiprono Kirui, both of P.O. Box 502, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obot Tabelga w/o A. Mitei, who died at Kaminjeiwa, on 2nd March, 1998. CAUSE No. 50 OF 2020 By (1) Peter Kiptonui Ruto and (2) Kipkoech A. Ruto, both of P.O. Box 282, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rusi Cherono Mogoro alias Tapnyobi w/o Kipruto arap Mogoro, who died at Tumoi, Kabusare, on 17th October, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
