TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 59 OF 2019 By (1) Mulinge Ndolo and (2) Kavenze Ndute, of P.O. Box 414, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwethya Ndolo, who died on 23rd October, 1996. CAUSE NO. 66 OF 2020 By Stellamarris Nzilani Nzioka, of P.O. Box 70-01015, Ndithini in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzioka Senge, who died at Ndithini, on 15th August, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
