TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 5 OF 2020 By (1) Annah Syumiti Muthui and (2) Kennedy Kathi Muthui, of P.O. Box 47-90401, Kyuso in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Muthui Kathi, who died at Mwingi General Hospital, on 28th March, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the .date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
