TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 26 OF 2020 By Mary Nasambu J. Sibuchi, (2) Bramwel Matasi Sibuchi and (3) Rose Nelima Sibuchi, all of P.O. Box 4044-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jotham Sabuchi Kisaka alias Jotham Sibuchi, who died at Friends Lugulu Hospital in Kenya, on 25th December, 1988. CAUSE No. 36 OF 2020 By James Kuria Gitau, of P.O. Box 504, Kitale in Kenya, for resealing a grant of probate of the will (codicil) annexed, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Paul Gitau Waititu, who died at Sitatunga Sub-location, on 18th October, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
