TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 462 OF 2020 By (1) Albert Owino Ogutu, (2) Linda Ngesa Owino and (3) Donald Ochieng Owino, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Kareji Owino alias Jane Kareti Owino, who died at Ahero Township, onl3th December, 2019. CAUSE No. 185 OF 2020 By John Otiende Akendo, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pascalia Ombidi Ojuka alias Ombidi Ojuka, who died on 1st June, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
