CAUSE No. 48 OF 2020 By (1) Lydia Rehema Kenga and (2) Moses Kalama Kenga, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Kenga Ndiso, who died at Jocham Hospital, Mombasa in Kenya, on 18th May, 2015. CAUSE No. 91 OF 2020 By Mae Saro Kadhuwa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Kashaha Kadhuwa, who died at Uyombo, Mkongani, on 7th July, 2013. CAUSE No. 92 of 2020 By Kenga Charo Masha, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Masha Wanje, who died at County Hospital, Kilifi in Kenya, on 15th May, 2018.
