TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 85 OF 2020 By Maria Kathwana M'Mujuuri, of P.O. Box 39, Mikinduri in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Munyuri Mirianga, late of Kitharene, who died there on 6th January, 2010. CAUSE No. 88 OF 2020 By Florence Kajuju, of P.O. Box 119, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solomon Mutwiri Anampiu, late of Kibuline, who died there on 8th August, 2015. CAUSE No. 90 OF 2020 By Stella Kananu Mailutha, of P.O. Box 957, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson M'Mailutha M'Athiru Mutunyi, late of Kiorimba, who died at Chongoria Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd March, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
