TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 312 OF 2020 By (1) Sanjiv Kantilal Shah and (2) Rajeev Kantilal Shah, both of P.O. Box 223-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased's last will, for a grant of probate of written will of Kantilal Khetshi Shah alias Kantilal Khtshi Karman Shah alias Shah Kantilal Khetshi alias Kantilal K. Shah alias Kantilal Khetshi Karman, who died at War Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd March, 2020. CAUSE No. E4 OF 2020 By (1) Dickson Mwangi Njau, (2) Catherine Wangari Njau and (3) Miriam Wanjiru Williams, all of P.O. Box 16314, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Wambui Njau, who died at Karen Hospital in Kenya, on 12th April, 2018. CAUSE No. E5 OF 2020 By (1) Hassanal Pramichand Shah and (2) Reval Tsandrakant Shah, both of P.O. Box 10512-00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased's last will, for a grant of letters of probate of written will of Jasoda Virchand Shah, who died at M.P Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd February, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
