TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 10 OF 2020 By Zarina Premji, the executrix named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of the deceased's last will testate to the estate of Gulshan Lalit Chandra Derodra alias Gulshan Derodra, who died at North Vancouver, British Columbia, on 25th October, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
