TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAusr, No. 3 OF 2020 By (I) Dorcas Mabera Nyamweya, (2) Paul Nyamagosa Nyamweya, (3) Zacharia Nyaribo Nyamweya and (3) Chief David Nyamweya, all of P.O. Box 285, Moi's Bridge in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Ratemo Nyamweya, who died at Dallas, Texas, U.S.A., on 22nd July, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (SO) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
