TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 399 OF 2019 By Jayalaxmi Navinchandra Shavdia, of P.O. Box 99173-80107, Mombasa in Kenya, the executrix named in the deceased's last will, for a grant of probate of written will of Navinchandra Zaverchand Shavdia, who died at Mombasa, on 19th March, 1992. CAUSE No. 213 OF 2020 By (1) Mary Njoki Nyaga and (2) Hillary Macharia Ireri, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Corado Ireri Njeru, who died at Mombasa, on 17th April, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
