TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 110 OF 2020 By Seifudin Patwa, of P.O. Box 91270, Mombasa in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of written will of Fatema Abdulkarim Abdulhussein K. alias Fatema Abdulkarim Abdulhussein Kaderbhai, who died at Nyali, on 10th March, 2020. CAUSE No. 61 OF 2020 By (1) Zumrada Salim Rashid and (2) Mohamed Saleh Bawazir, both of P.O. Box 81728-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of saleh Salim Abud Bawazir, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 13th April, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
