TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 441 OF 2019 By (1) Mary Adhiambo Ogalo and (2) Francisco Ogolla Okayo, both of P.O. Box 40747-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Okayo Bunde, who died at Kenya Ports Authority Terminal, on 27th April, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
