TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 4 OF 2020 By (1) Jacob Ooko Ombithi and (2) Patrick Owino Opondo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henrikus Opondo Ombithi, who died at Bujumba Sub-location, on 28th September, 1996. CAUSE No. 7 OF 2020 By Nicholas Okuku Opiyo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Opiyo Ojanji, who died at Mudoma Sub- location, on 17th May, 1997. CAUSE No. 8 OF 2020 By Robert Ogutu Okochi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obed Were Mukhenye, who died at Nanderema Sub-location, on 15th October, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
