CAUSE No. 47 or 2020 By (1) Mercy Kiplagat and (2) Norah Jepkocch Cheruiyot, the deceased's widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Nditangu Kimani, who died at Kitengela, on 21st May, 2019. CAUSE No. 49 OF 2020 By (1) Jackline Mbula Muthoka and (2) Kipkemboi Kipsos Malel, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Kipkemboi Bore, who died at Isinya, on 21st May, 2020.
