TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAusE No. 18 OF 2020 By (1) Timothy Saruni Masikonde and (2) Ann Simantei, the deceased's widower and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leah Kimtumi Kolii, who died at District Hospital, Narok in Kenya, on 3rd May, 2015. CAUSE No. 20 OF 2020 By Nayiolo ane Enole Kishori, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Juma Kishori Kishorua, who died on 5th December, 1976. CAUSE No. 23 OF 2020 By Titimet Ole Taek, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nokoren Ole Tayek alias Nokoret Taek, who died at Narok County Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd July, 2018. CAusE No. 104 OF 2020 By (1) Alfred Rutoh and (2) Robert Rutoh, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Maridai Kipkemi alias Richard Kipkemoi Maridai alias Richard Kipkemoi arap Marindany, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 12th October, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
