TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 41 OF 2020 By Beatrice Wairimu Wachira and (2) Judith Nasimiyu Khainga, both of P.O. Box 11, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Austine Mukabana Olando, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 8th May, 2020. CAUSE No. 47 OF 2020 By (I) Esther Asenua and (2) Isalano Jotham Mihimziro, both of P.O. Box 11, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administuf: intestate to the estate of Willy Isalano, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 13th December, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
