TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E29 OF 2020 By (1) John Mwadzenga Mkala and (2) Mbeyu Nyamawi Mbogo, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mkala Kibumi Mrengi, who died on 27th September, 2015. CAUSE No. E30 OF 2020 By Jackson Tsenga Nyale, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Murima Kai, who died on 3rd August, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
