TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 55 OF 2020 By (1) Anne Wangui Gitonga and (2) Beatrice Wahuini Gitonga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Waweru Rubang'i alias Peter W. Rubang'i alias Peter Rubang'i alias Peter Rubang'i Waweru alias Peter Waweru Rubangi, who died at Kasarani, on 18th June, 2020. CAUSE No. 69 OF 2020 By (1) Fidelis Wanza and (2) Angelina Ngina Richard, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elvis Ndirangu Muthoni, who died at Gwa Kairu, on 17th November, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
