TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 116 OF 2019 By (1) Simei Kutesho Nkiyaa, (2) Sinkese Nkiyaa and (3) Tayio Kitesho Nkiyiaa, all of P.O. Box 219, Emali in Kenya, the deceased's widows and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitesho Lenkya Lenayiaa alias Kitesho Nkiyiaa, who died at Poka Location, on 19th January, 2017. CAUSE No. 45 OF 2020 By Mwalimu Muoki, of P.O. Box 1-90137, Kibwezi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Muoki Kimuya alias Philip Muoki Kamuya, who died on 6th July, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
