TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 25 OF 2019 By (1) Josephine J. Kibet and (2) Shadrack Kiprop Kipkemboi, both of P.O. Box 432, Iten in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kibet Kipkemboi, who died at Iten County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 4th March, 2018. CAUSE No. 14 OF 2020 By Gabriel Obigy, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chemitei Obigi, who died at Elgeyo Marakwet, on 28th April, 1976. CAUSE No. 24 OF 2020 By Dickson Kiprono Kipsanai, of P.O. Box 432, Iten in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bamaba Kipsanai Komen, who died at Kapchelimo, on 17th June, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
