TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 48 OF 2017 By (1) Agnes Kanaga Kigamwa and (2) Margaret Injairu Kigamwa, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matia Munandi Kigamwa, who died at Mambai Sub- location, on 4th August, 2012. CAUSE No. 179 OF 2020 By Ezekiel Luyari Mbuya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Javan Obuya s/o Ogwali alias Ombuya Ogwari, who died at Kakamega, on 27th January, 1975. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
