TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 5 "B" OF 2020 By Guyo Bonaya Molu, of P.O. Box 73-60500, Marsabit in Kenya, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daki Dadecha Boru, who died at Majengo, on 5th August, 2019. CAUSE No. 6 OF 2020 By (1) Tani Wario Haro and (2) Galgalo Odha Dawe, both of P.O. Box 10-60500, Marsabit in Kenya, the deceased's widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jarso Tagene Goto, who died at Migaa, on 29th January, 2020: The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
