TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E008 OF 2020 By Joshua Mati Kilonzi, of P.O. Box 52-90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaack Kilonzi Nzeve alias Kilonzi Nzeve, who died at Kayole, on 6th June, 2010. CAUSE No. Ell OF 2020 By Mary Wairimu Kiteme, of P.O. Box 52-90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erastus Muthui Kiteme alias Ukungu Kiteme, who died at Waita Sub-location, on 11th May, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
