TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 26 OF 2020 By (1) Safia Isaack Ali Aden and (2) Fatuma Adan Karo, both of P.O. Box 46333-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaack Ali Aden, who died at Mukuru, Nairobi, on 1st June, 2010. CAUSE No. El OF 2020 By Idris Kidonga, of P.O. Box 41494-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Absa Mohamed, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 8th January, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
