WHEREAS Vitali Musa Kangero (ID/0999196), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.092 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Kajiado/Kitengela/23440, and whereas the land register opened thereof is lost or misplaced at Kajiado land registry, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a 2nd edition of the land register provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
