THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Henry Kipkorong Lelei, of P.O. Box 74-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/MS/Block 11253, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and the missing land register is deemed to be of no effect.
