REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Njogu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0432 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyeri Municipality Block 1/290, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court at Nyeri in succession cause no. 663 of 2015, has odered that the said piece of land be transferred to Priscilla Waruguru Njogu, of P.O. Box 461, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the certificate of lease issued earlier has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received withir that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said cefti ',ate of lease and issue to Priscilla Waruguru Njogu, and upon such registration the certificate of lease issued earlier to the said James Njogu (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
