WHEREAS John Siribio Mendes (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.6 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ithima/Antuarnbui/33, situate in the district of Meru North, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate's Court at Meru in succession cause no. 38 of 2014, has issued grant of letters of administration to Elizabeth Inokobia John, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Siribio Mendes (deceased), has THE KENYA G AZETTE 30th October, 2020 been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued the eaid John Siribio Mendes (deceased), shall be decried to be cancelled andof Po effect, Dated the 30th October, 2020.
