TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 127 OF 2020 By (1) Safari Chivatsi Chimwenga, (2) John Chimwenga Chivatsi and (3) Benjamin Chimwenga Chivatsi, all of P.O. Box 91008-80103, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Benjamin Chivatsi alias Samuel Chivatsi, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 25th February, 1996. CAUSE No. 209 OF 2020 By (1) Emily Kakea Abia and (2) Marjorie Ngalala Ndoge, both of P.O. Box 98264-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonah Mabua Ndoge Daniel, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 7th April, 2020. CAUSE No. E7 OF 2020 By (1) Eric Umbisa Huma and (2) Thomas Adembesa Isambi, both of P.O. Box 98264-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Iminza Huma, who died at Hamisi, on 13th December, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
