TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E2 OF 2020 By (1) Brenda Akinyi Buluma and (2) Shally Kwecheo Keffa, both of P.O. Box 86402-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ursla Namwonja Buluma, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 1st April, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. E22 OF 2020 By (1) Esther Kamau and (2) Samuel Mbeca Macharia, both of P.O. Box 31, Bahati in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Macharia Mbeca, who died at Bahati Sub-location, on 24th February, 2020. CAUSE No. E79 OF 2020 By (1) Milka Wanjiru Ndirangu and (2) Tabitha Syomiti Ndirangu, both of P.O. Box 218, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Kamau Kinuthia alias Simon K. Kinuthia alias Simon Kinuthia, who died at Alexandria Cancer Centre, on 11th August, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
