TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E9 OF 2020 By (1) Charles Okulo Ajuang and (2) Jane Awuor Ajwang, the deceased's brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Ongulo Ajwang alias Ongulo Ajwang alias William Ongulo, who died at Lower Kadongo, on 5th September, 1993. CAUSE No. E56 OF 2020 By (1) Monica Agumba Opiyo and (2) Peres Alowo Opiyo, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elly Isaac Ondijo Opiyo alias Elly I. Ondijo Opiyo, who died on 1st April, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
