TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 220 OF 2020 By George Paul Ngunjiri Githua, of P.O. Box 151, Ruiru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Waithira Ngunjiri, who died on 19th April, 2020. CAUSE No. El OF 2020 By Samuel Mwangi Ngugi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Murlithi Ngugi, who died on 21st August, 2017. CAUSE No. E51 OF 2020 By (1) Jane Wangui Mungai and (2) Jacinta Wangechi Kaweru, through Messrs. Muturi Njoroge, advocates of Gatundu for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Wanjiru Kaweru, who died on 7th March, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
