TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 116 (E25) OF 2020 By Joseline W. Kathii, of P.O. Box 24-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Ireri Mugo, late of Gatuti North Location, Embu, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 24th June, 2006. CAUSE No. 117 (E25) OF 2020 By (1) Patrick Kariuki Njeru and (2) Beatrice Kaari Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 466-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Kareko Mutero, late of Njukiri Sub-location, Kangaru Location, who died there on 17th July, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance is this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
