TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 115 OF 2020 By Kellen Wambui Geoffrey, of P.O. Box 1095, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Muthoni alias Muthoni Geoffrey Ng'ang'a, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 26th February, 2003. CAUSE NO. 122 (E30) OF 2020 By Margery Wangiri Namu, of P.O. Box 3, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Namu Gatune, who died at 011 Mwea Hospital in Kenya, on 9th December, 2008. CAUSE NO. 123 (E29) OF 2020 By (1) Margaret Ruguru Njogu and (2) Stephen Munyi Njogu, both of P.O. Box 244, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elias Njogu Mwaririe, who died at Rianjagi, on 6th July, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
