TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 145 OF 2019 GAzEm NOTICE No. 8835 IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE'S COURT AT MAUA PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E26 or 2020 By Flora Kambura M'Mwenda, of P.O. Box 1132, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amuili Thamuiri alias Muiri Thamuiri, who died at Antuambul, on 10th February, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
