TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E18 OF 2020 By Lucas Faida Nguma, the deceased's beneficiary under the will, for a grant of letters of administration with written will to the estate of Wolfgang Heinrich Friedrich alias Wolfgang Brandhorst, who died on 27th December, 2017. CAUSE No. E19 OF 2020 By Lucas Faida Ngoma alias Lucas Faida Nguma, the deceased's beneficiary under the will, for a grant of letters of administration with written will to the estate of Hildegard Brandhorst Sprado alias Hildegard Brandhorst, who died on 14th March, 2020. CAUSE No. E28 OF 2020 By Patrick Kazungu Mwagandi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwanaisha Bilali Salim, who died at Gede, Jimba, on 4th May, 2014. CAUSE No. E36 OF 2020 By (1) Pandao Bobo Nzaka and (2) Seif Bobo Nzaka, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bobo Nzaka Loka, who died on 18th February, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
