TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2020 By (1) Mary Theresa Multulti Ndungu and (2) Mary Margaret Njeri Ndungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Mains Hugo, who died at South B, Nairobi, on 15th June, 2019. CAUSE NO. 28 OF 2020 By (1) Jane Wairimu Njoroge and (2) Esther Wanjiku Njoroge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoroge Muchiri, who died at Gitambaya, Ruiru, on 1st May, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
