TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 87 OF 2020 By Sara Njeri Geteria, of P.O. Box 6019, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rowland Njeru Getaria alias Rowland Njeru Getteriah, who died at District Hospital, Embu in Kenya on 30th January, 1977. CAUSE No. 99 OF 2020 By Stephen Mwaniki Rueria, of P.O. Box 62, Runyenjes in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rweria Macharia, who died at Kianjokoma, on 28th September, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya GaZette.
