TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 127 OF 2019 By Uche Kea Tembo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kea Tembo Chilango, who died on 26th March, 1995. CAUSE No. E53 OF 2020 By (1) Julia Sada Kadenge, (2) Isaac Chengo Thuva, (3) Safari Peter Kadenge and Jonathan Charo Kadenge, the deceased's widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kadenge Thuva alias Peter Kadenge alias Petro Katengi alias Peter Kadenge Tuva, who died on 18th December, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
