TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 172 OF 2018 By (1) Peter Oloo Gwada and (2) Benson Ouma Gwada, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Gwada Atinda, who died at Siaya, on 28th March, 2014. CAUSE No. 165 OF 2020 By (1) Joseph Otieno Onyango, (2) Sebastian Ochieng Onyango and (3) Stephen Oduor Onyango, all of P.O. Box 133, Sigomre in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ephraim Onyango Omollo, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 18th July, 2019. CAUSE No. 228 OF 2020 By Florence Auma Omedo, the deceased's granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Abonyo Okok alias Jacob Abonyo, who died at Masumbi Sub-location, on 9th September, 1979. CAUSE No. 235 OF 2020 By Willicester Awiti Omogo, the deceased's sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Ondhayi, who died at Nyabeda Sub-location, on 9th May, 1966. CAUSE No. 254 OF 2020 By (1) Rosebella Achieng Anyinyo and (2) Ambrose Ochieng Anyinyo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Anyinyo Mboga, who died on 6th June, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
