RETAIL MARKET AT RABAI – KISURUTINI WARD–KILIFI COUNTY INTENTION TO ACQUIRE IN PURSUANCE of Part VIII of the Land Act, 2012, The National Land Commission on behalf of the County Government of Kilifi gives notice that the County Government intends to acquire the following parcel of land required for the construction of a retail Market at Rabai – Kisurutini ward in Kilifi County. No. 1043/III/23 Flora Impex Limited 1.121 Plan of the affected land may be inspected during office hours at the office of the National Land Commission Ardhi House, 3rd Floor, Room 305, 1st Ngong Avenue, Nairobi, and at the National Land Commission Offices in Kilifi County.
