IN PURSUANCE of the Land Act, 2012 and further to Gazette
Notice Nos. 3215 and 5264 of 2018, the National Land Commission on behalf of the Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA), intends to delete the land parcel listed below as it is no longer required for the construction of Kathekakai–Machakos (Konza–Vota-Katumani) Road in Machakos County.
