NOTICE is given pursuant to section 29 of the Trustee Act (Cap. 167) that any person having a claim against or an interested in the estate of Barbara Margaret Dods alias Barbara Margaret Mcdonald (deceased), of Nairobi, who died on the 21st February, 2019, at Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interested to the undersigned on or before the expiry of two (2) calendar months from the date that a copy of this notice shall appear in the Kenya Gazette, after which date, the executor will distribute the estate among the persons enttitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which he shall have had notice and will not as respects the property so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim he shall not then have had notice Dated the 16th September, 2020.
