WHEREAS K. N. Kiprono Biwott, of P.O. Box 56832-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor Freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.07 acres or thereabout, of Sub-division Number 167NUMN under certificate of title No. Cr. 2111 situate in the Mombasa Municipality in district of Mombasa, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
