IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 102 (2) of the Kenya Information and Communications Act, 1998, the Cabinet Secretary for ICT, Innovation and Youth Affairs declares vacancies in the position of member of the Communications and Multimedia Appeals Tribunal and invites applications from suitably qualified persons.
