REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Nassir Bwana Ali and (2) Salima Bwanaali Ahmad, both of P.O. Box 84277, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 0.0264 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. 19368/UMN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 65878, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
