REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Gichohi Nderi, of P.O. Box 277, Nyahururu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under title No. Laikipia Kinamba Mwenje Block 1/3050, and whereas the land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said green card have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
